Mary Lou, RDA
Mary Lou has been a dental assistant for over 40 years, with 28 of those years invested assisting the previous owner, Dr. James Smallwood. Mary Lou is not only a highly skilled clinician but is always wonderful at making her patients (old and new) feel at ease. Dr. Register and the team know Mary Lou will be 5 steps ahead and is always anticipating the needs of the team and her patients. When Mary Lou isn’t here to keep things running smoothly she enjoys being active, spending time with her husband Steve, two daughters, and her grandson, Sam.
Jess, EFDA
Jess is an EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) which means she has had additional training that has licensed her to perform more procedures independently. She is also bilingual in both English and Spanish. Jess is loved for many reasons by her team, but most notably for her kind and compassionate nature. In her free time, Jess loves to travel any chance she gets, hiking, and snuggling with her Yorkie, Toby, and Goldendoodle, Luna.

Ashley, RDH
Ashley brings 10 years of dental experience, a big heart, and the best laugh to our team. Ashley is always willing to jump in to help her team and patients all while wearing her trademark smile. In addition to her kindness, she is a very skilled clinician and we are all so lucky to have her. When Ashley isn’t working she devotes most of her time to her adorable daughter, Myla. She is also an amazing cook and loves to entertain her family and friends.
Alexia, RDH
Alexia is a skilled hygienist who is always eager to learn and has recently earned her Bachelor’s degree. She is also bilingual in English and Russian. With her combination of friendliness and an impeccable attention to detail, she provides her patients with the highest quality of care. We all appreciate Alexia’s enthusiasm and continuously looking for ways to positively contribute to our team. When she is not at the office Alexia enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and fiancé, Joseph.
